Aquacare & Fitness Forum Physical Therapy, a PT-owned private practice, is seeking a passionate Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our Lewes DE team. If you value 1:1 patient care, mentorship, and a supportive culture—not high-volume, corporate-style care—this is the role for you.

• Provide 1:1 patient care with a focus on lymphedema and orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Collaborate with leadership and clinical team; engage in mentorship and ongoing professional development.
• Participate in clinic activities and contribute to a supportive, patient-centered culture.

• Up to $5,000 Sign-On + Up to $7,500 Retention Bonus (Full-Time)
