Responsibilities
  • Monitor staff productivity and set expectations for subordinates.
  • Monitor facilities profit margins and prioritize action plans for focus buildings.
  • Act as a liaison for facility administration and nursing management.
  • Assist facilities in clinical, financial, compliance and training activities.
  • Promote new program development and implementation.
  • Ensure scope of practice for all disciplines is met.
  • Perform on‑site visits to facilities on a regular basis.
  • Audit patient charts, billing, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance of all staff with State Practice Acts.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., M.A., M.S. or Doctorate in Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapy.
  • Holds a current license and/or registration in the state as applicable.
  • Has at least 5 years of clinical experience.
  • Management and/or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Must be a licensed and/or registered therapist to be considered.
