Life Enrichment Assistant – Skilled Nursing

We are seeking a dedicated professional to support our Life Enrichment Coordinator in creating wellness‑focused experiences for residents. The role involves planning and executing activities that promote body, mind, and spirit, while respecting the cognitive and functional diversity of our community.

• Assist the Life Enrichment Coordinator in developing and implementing programs and events that deliver Acts Signature Experience (ASE).
• Apply Montessori principles of resident empowerment to design activities tailored to personal preferences expressed in residents’ "My Story".
• Ensure consistent engagement opportunities for residents across the spectrum of cognitive and functional levels, aligned with the Acts Engaged Living Philosophy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to integrate life balance components—body, mind, spirit—into everyday care.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of activities/recreation experience.
• Certification in dementia engagement (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of employment).
• Current or eligible CPR certification.

$15.58 – $21.31 per hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
