This opportunity is for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services within a K-12 public school setting in Easton, MD. The role is a contract position spanning the current school year with an anticipated end date of June 10th, 2026. The schedule includes a full-time workload of 37.5 hours per week, supporting students across elementary and middle school levels.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students with diverse communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school personnel to monitor student progress
- Utilize teletherapy methods as appropriate to supplement in-person sessions
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district policies and state regulations
- Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathology license required
- Experience providing therapy services in school settings, ideally K-12
- Ability to conduct teletherapy sessions effectively
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to student-centered care and collaborative team approach
- Services will be delivered primarily at Warwick Elementary School and North Dorchester Middle School, located in Easton, Maryland.
