School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Easton, MD

Up to $3,000/week | 12-Week Contract (Extension Available)

AB Staffing is hiring an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position in Easton, Maryland for the 2025–2026 school year
.

This is a 12-week contract with a strong possibility of extension through the end of the school year
.

• Weekly Pay:
  Up to $3,000 per week (based on experience)
• 12-week school contract + Potential extension through school year
• 37.5–40 hours per week
• Caseload: ~45–50 students
• Follows the district academic calendar

• Provide speech and language therapy services to support student communication and academic success
• Conduct speech and language evaluations
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Participate in IEP meetings and documentation
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
• Support students in a positive, engaging learning environment

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• ASHA CCC-SLP
• Maryland SLP License
• School or pediatric experience preferred
