The Hertrich Family of Automobile Dealerships is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer to join our world-class service team! Automotive Service Experience is preferred but may consider a well-qualified applicant with solid sales skills and a strong customer service background.

- Greet and assist service customers promptly and professionally
- Answer service calls, schedule appointments, and keep customers updated
- Advise customers on repair/service needs, costs, and completion timelines
- Coordinate repair orders with Technicians
- Ensure top-level customer satisfaction-get it right the first time
- Recommend additional services when appropriate
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Customer-focused, enthusiastic, and motivated team player
- Prior sales and/or customer service experience required (auto industry a plus)
- Strong communication skills (English required; Spanish bilingual preferred)
- Computer skills and ability to learn dealership software
- High School diploma or GED required
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
