- Competitive Pay:
Earn between $60,000-$75,000 annually, based on experience. - Work Schedule Perk:
Full‑time, Monday–Friday. In‑office days on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at our Easton, MD corporate office, with additional days in the office as needed. A company laptop is provided for work outside the office. - Comprehensive Benefits Package:

- Assist with the month‑end close process, including reconciliations, allocations, and maintaining balance sheet schedules.
- Support general ledger accuracy and financial reporting.
- Maintain vehicle and fleet records, including registrations, insurance, fuel cards, and toll transponders.
- Prepare and submit required vehicle and fuel‑related filings (IFTA, IRP, 2290, etc.).
- Track assets in progress and maintain the fixed asset register, including depreciation, additions, disposals, and transfers.
- Prepare and file multi‑state sales tax returns and support other recurring tax and compliance filings.
- Help ensure business licenses and required state/local filings are current.
- Administer the company credit card program, including issuing new cards, managing limits, providing employee support, and entering, reviewing, and auditing transactions and receipts to ensure accuracy and proper approvals.
- Assist with annual audits, equipment loan documentation, and financial reporting requests.
- Provide financial analysis and support various accounting and administrative projects as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
- Previous experience in an accounting, finance, or administrative support role, with exposure to general ledger activities, reconciliations, expense processing, and financial documentation.
- Must reside within a one‑hour driving radius of the Easton, Maryland corporate office to support the needs of the position.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to accurately review, reconcile, and resolve discrepancies.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, basic data analysis); experience with ERP or accounting systems preferred.
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Dependable, adaptable, and willing to take on new responsibilities as business needs evolve.
