We’re looking for qualified drivers to staff stores in your area. With our rapid growth, you’ll have many opportunities to advance—whether you’d like to move into management, become a franchise owner, or pursue a corporate role.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Ability to read a map, locate addresses, and navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings.
• Prepared to travel between the store and delivery vehicle and from vehicle to customer locations.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Orientation and training will be provided on the job.

• Understand and give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

• Perform basic math accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
• Make correct monetary change.
• Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Artistically coordinate eye–hand movements to complete tasks rapidly.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Navigate map locations and delivery routes efficiently.
• Operate a vehicle safely under varying weather and delivery conditions.

• Varying weather while performing outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures ranging from 36 °F in cooler areas to 90 °F+ in cooking areas.
• Fumes from food odors and cornmeal dust.
• Hot surfaces/tools (up to 500 °F).
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Talking and hearing on the telephone.
• Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.
• Depth perception.
• Ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces.
• Far vision and night vision for driving.

Tasks typically performed from a standing position, with short walking distances; occasional climbing, stooping, and lifting various weights up to 50 lb.
