Credit Analyst

Hoover Architectural Solutions is currently in search of a Credit Analyst in Eastman, GA. Under the direction of the Controller, the Credit Analyst will support the HAS business in a critical, customer facing role.

• Analyze credit applications and financial data to determine risk and to make recommendations.
• Manage credit collections activities to ensure timely payments and minimize bad debt.
• Set-up new customer accounts accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
• Thorough review of credit application, financials, and contacting listed credit references in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive interactions with clients regarding credit terms and account status.
• Collaborate with finance and sales teams to support credit policies and procedures.
• Prepare reports on credit status and collections activities for management review.
• Assist with other major finance duties as assigned to support overall department goals.

• 3 years of experience in credit collections or finance analysis
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship

• 5+ Years of Credit Collection Experience
• 5+ Years of Finance Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or related field
