KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Tracks and expedites MRO purchase orders
• Enters data for daily and weekly reporting
• Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to manage and resolve daily inquiries and issuesendan
• Support emergency issues
• Provides timely and efficient communications
• Resolves invoicing discrepancies, including blocked invoice issues
• Uphold internal and external policies, regulations and laws

• · Bachelors degree in supply chain preferred.
• · Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• · Strong interpersonal skills; able to forge and collaborate with internal customer/external supplier relationships.
• · Expertise in SAP and/or SAP-Ariba data processing systems preferred
• · Ability to comply with existing/quickly adapt to new processes within the organization;

• · Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• · Ability to work in team environment and demonstrate leadership
• · Ability to balance and prioritize a high-volume of service requests
