Customer Support/Operations Generalistgep hx - Entry Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly capable Customer Service Support specialist who can ensure the accurate and timely management of adjustments activities in strict adherence to established processes, business rules, and compliance requirements. The responsibilities of this role encompass a range of critical tasks, including but not limited to:

• Handling Auto PF NAR Deductions/Disputes for Retail Customers.
• Facilitating PF NAR Warranty Claims reimbursement to Auto dealers.
• Handle invoicing and distribute shipping documents for indent and local shipments in Mexico
• _when proactively managing customer feedback to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Other internal Order Management support activities.
• The successful candidate must possess the ability to collaborate effectively across different time zones, working closely with other Eastman offices to deliver exceptional service and support.
• Effectively build relationships by providing appropriate and timely responsiveness. Develop an internal and external network to be utilized to support customers and internal partners. External networks may include, 3rd party providers.
• With direction, collaborate, coordinate, and implement solutions in support of customers and cross functional partners while seeking the most optimal solution for both the customer and Eastman.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement in Supply Chain processes that increase value capture and optimize efficiency and effectiveness resulting in individual success.
• Actively participate on projects and teams.
• Comply with all process requirements including Standard Operating Procedures, Sarbanes Oxley guidelines and revenue recognition rules. Responsible of compliancy with customs and reporting on time of activities to customs.
• Communicate effectively and consistently within natural work unit to support back-up requirements and ensure gleaned knowledge is shared appropriately.

Experience: Preferred but not limited to, candidates with diverse experience. We actively seek out recently graduated individuals who possess a strong command of the English language, both in written and spoken form, despiteanelo having limited professional exposure.

Qualification: A bachelor’s degree in a related field ( International Trade, Business Administration ) from an accredited college or university is preferred նախագահի .

• Strong organization skills with focus on completing tasks through closure and follow‑through.
• SAP, Sales Force and SharePoint management is a plus.

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Word and mailbox management are required.
