As Lead Developer, you'll take full ownership of technical strategy, guide a team of two talented developers and drive engineering excellence across greenfield projects.
No legacy code. No blockers. Just the freedom to innovate and deliver. What You'll Lead Own the architecture for new platforms and services, shaping long-term technical direction. Drive engineering best practice, influencing coding standards, design patterns and development processes. Lead and mentor a high-performing development team, supporting growth and ensuring technical quality. Architect and build modern RESTful APIs, microservices, and modular monolith solutions.
Deliver robust, scalable software using .NET or full-stack technologies. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate product goals into actionable technical plans. What You Bring Significant experience as a Senior or Lead Developer in .NET or full-stack environments. Proven expertise designing RESTful APIs, microservices, or modular monolith architectures. Strong leadership qualities - mentoring, guiding, and raising technical standards. A passion for clean code, scalable systems, and modern engineering practices.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence architectural decisions.
