• Carry out responsive and emergency electrical repairs across social housing properties
• Fault finding and repairs, replacing accessories, partial rewires, consumer unit upgrades
• Work safely, efficiently, and right first time
• Manage your own jobs independently and be trusted to get on with it

• Approx. 1 in 6 weeks
• Standby allowance + pay per call-out
• Clear, fair, and properly rewarded on top of your salary

• Work that genuinely matters - restoring power and fixing faults fast
• Leave tenants happy, knowing you've done a great job
• Your attitude and people skills are valued as much as your technical ability

• 18th Edition (up to date) & Electrician qualifications
• Solid fault-finding experience
• Comfortable working in occupied homes
• Full UK driving licence
• Social housing experience is a bonus, not a blocker
