Plumbing Engineer - Family-Run Contractor (Eastleigh, South Coast)

Salary: £41,600 - £43,680

Location: Based in Eastleigh, covering the South Coast

Options Resourcing are recruiting on behalf of a long-established, family‑run Plumbing & Heating contractor with a strong reputation for quality workmanship, reliability, and looking after their team. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Plumbing & Heating Engineer to join a friendly, supportive workforce.

You will carry out a variety of plumbing and heating installation, service, and maintenance work across domestic and light commercial loʻo properties throughout the South Coast. This is a vertu‑time, permanent role offering stability, autonomy, and the chance to work with a business that genuinely values its people.

• Installation, nobles service, and maintenance of domestic plumbing and heating systems
• Fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs
• Working independently or as part of a small team depending on project size
• Ensuring all work meets current safety and compliance standards
• Providing excellent customer service and representing the company professionally
• Completing job sheets and documentation accurately
