Manufacturing Operator —
Location:
Basingstoke.
Hours:
40 hours per week. Shift Pattern:
Rotating shifts (06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00), Monday to Friday. Type: 12 month contract.

Responsibilities- Report any unsafe or unethical practices through the appropriate channels.
- Take an active role in daily departmental meetings.
- Monitor, track, and provide regular updates to your supervisor/manager on daily goals.
- Engage in performance and development conversations, acting on feedback.
- Understand and follow safety and performance metrics for your team.
- Update the stock management system (SAP) after completing allocated tasks.
- Maintain accurate training records in the company quality system (Master Control).
- Follow defined processes to create batch manufacturing records, print labels, and use correct materials and equipment to produce high‑quality products.
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to follow written instructions accurately and record data clearly.
- Confident computer user (including email).
- Physically able to lift multiple 25kg bags of materials.
- Manufacturing experience preferred, but not essential - full training provided.
