Corporate Solicitor; Associate​/Senior Associate

Overview

We are working with a Top 100 UK law firm that is seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor (3-7 PQE) to join its growing Corporate team in Southampton. This is an excellent opportunity for a corporate lawyer looking to work within a highly regarded practice that advises a diverse client base of domestic and international businesses, ranging from owner-managed companies to larger corporates.

You will be involved in a broad range of high-quality corporate work, including:

• Mergers and acquisitions
• Corporate reorganisations and restructurings
• Share and asset sales and acquisitions
• Joint ventures and shareholders  agreements
• General corporate advisory work

You will have direct client exposure, work closely with partners, and play a key role in the continued growth of the team.

The Corporate team is well established but expanding, offering a supportive and collaborative environment with clear opportunities for progression. The firm has a strong reputation for investing in its people and providing a positive work-life balance alongside high-quality work.

• Qualified solicitor with 3-7 years  PQE in corporate/commercial
• Strong technical ability with experience across a range of corporate matters
• Confident in managing matters and building client relationships
• Ambitious, commercial, and keen to contribute to a growing practice

• Competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000, depending on experience
