Role Summary:
The firm is seeking a skilled Residential Property Executive to join its growing Residential Property team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a varied and high-quality conveyancing caseload while working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment where quality and care are central. You'll play an important part in maintaining strong referral relationships and supporting continued team growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, giving you autonomy and ownership of your work
• Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build, leasehold, and shared ownership transactions, ensuring variety and complexity
• Delivering an excellent client experience through clear communication and high service standards
• Building and maintaining relationships with developers, housing associations, and other referrers to support ongoing work flow
• Identifying and contributing to business development opportunities, supporting team and firm-wide growth
• Ensuring all matters are compliant with regulatory requirements and internal procedures
Requirements:
• Proven experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Exposure to new build and shared ownership work (beneficial but not essential)
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Commercial awareness with a proactive approach to business development
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident using case management systems and Microsoft Office
• A collaborative and flexible mindset aligned with firm values
