A leading UK law firm is seeking an ambitious Property Litigation lawyer to join its South Coast team. This is a pivotal opportunity to play a key role in shaping one of the region's most ambitious practices.

You’ll lead on complex matters while supervising junior colleagues, collaborating across offices, and building strong client relationships. Work will span private clients, corporates, retailers, landowner developers, and investors, covering disputes around development land, property contracts, and landlord & tenant issues including dilapidations, break notices, forfeiture, and lease covenants.

The firm are looking for a specialist in property litigation matters with proven experience. You’ll thrive in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment, bring entrepreneurial drive to grow relationships, and share passion for innovation and collaboration.
