Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Location: Chandlers Ford/Remote – 2 days onsite in head office

We’re looking for a Brand Website Manager to take ownership of our brand website and play a key role in shaping how customers experience our brand online.
The RoleAs Brand Website Manager, you’ll own the day-to-day performance, structure, and optimisation of our Word Press websites.
This is a channel-owner role, focused on ensuring the site delivers clear journeys, strong engagement, and meaningful outcomes for users and the business.
You’ll be responsible for setting priorities for website improvements, maintaining high standards of content and UX, and working closely with specialist teams (Digital, Content, Video, Design, Development) to deliver changes effectively.
While this role does not require hands‑on coding, it does require strong judgement, a user‑centric mindset, and confidence taking ownership of decisions and outcomes.
What You’ll Be Responsible For- Owning all Group brand websites, including content structure, user journeys, and on‑site experience.
- Prioritising and managing website improvements to drive engagement and conversion.
- Ensuring website content remains accurate, clear, and aligned with brand standards.
- Working with Digital, Content, Video, Design, and Development teams to deliver updates and enhancements.
- Managing relationships with internal developers and external partners.
- Monitoring website performance and using insight to inform optimisation and improvement.
- Acting as the go‑to owner for website decisions and standards.
- Strong experience managing and owning a Word Press website (content, structure, plugins, day‑to‑day optimisation).
- A user‑first mindset with a solid understanding of website journeys and customer experience.
- Confidence working cross‑functionally and influencing without direct authority.
- Comfortable prioritising work and making trade‑offs based on impact.
- Organised, proactive, and confident owning website activity end‑to‑end.
- Able to work with specialists without needing to be a technical expert.
