This is a senior leadership role responsible for leading electrical, controls, and software engineering teams delivering complex automation solutions within a regulated industry.

You will provide strategic direction, oversee departmental performance, manage budgets, and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Experience:

• Strong experience in automation engineering
• Proven leadership experience within a regulated industry
• Strong knowledge of automation standards and functional safety
• Experience managing engineering teams and departmental budgets (Software / Automation AND/OR Hardware Teams)

Salary & Benefits:

• £65,000 - £75,000 basic salary
• 20% annual bonus (company performance related)
