Salary: £90 £ 105 per day (Dependent on experience)
Hours: 08:30 3:30
Location: Eastleigh
We are looking for an experienced HLTA to work in an Ofsted rated Good school with a fantastic reputation for inclusion. The school boasts well behaved children and a supportive and established staff. This role would include covering PPA and illness throughout KS1 and 2.
You must have an HLTA or CACHE level 3 qualification to apply for this role. This would be an excellent role for an ECT looking to take their first steps into teaching.
What You ll Be Doing- Covering classes on a planned or ad hoc basis throughout KS1 and 2
- Providing EHCP support for those pupils with additional needs
- Teach booster sessions for those who need support to meet their academic targets
- Assisting teaching staff with adapting learning resources to suit individual needs.
- Encouraging students to build independence, confidence, and resilience.
- Supporting the smooth running of the classroom and fostering a positive learning environment.
- Excellent classroom management skills

- Experience supporting children with some additional needs
