Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with special educational needs? We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join our schools in Southampton starting January 2026.

You will work closely with teachers to support students with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health challenges. Your role will involve:

• Providing tailored support to individual students and small groups.
• Assisting with classroom activities and adapting resources to meet diverse needs.
• Promoting inclusion and positive learning experiences.
• Supporting personal development and emotional well-being.

We are looking for candidates who:

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN (school-based experience preferred).
• Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
