We're looking for a Customer Coordinator to join our friendly Southampton team. This role is ideal for someone looking to start or progress their career in an office-based customer support role, with full training provided.
Job Title: Customer Coordinator
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000
Hours: Monday to Friday
Location: Office-based, near Woolston
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities- Supporting customers with enquiries and orders
- Processing, coordinating, and tracking customer orders
- Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth deliveries
- Updating customer, product, and pricing information on internal systems
- Delivering excellent customer service and supporting wider team objectives
- Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Well organised with great attention to detail
- Experience in customer service, trade, or construction is advantageous but not essential
