Overview
BMS require a Senior Site Manager for a new project in Eastleigh commencing on 16/02 for an initial 4-6 week period, with potential to extend to 18 months for the right candidate.
ResponsibilitiesLead on-site management of the project on a £10m+ scheme, ensuring quality, safety, schedule and client expectations are met. Coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders to deliver the project.
Qualifications and Requirements- Tier 1 client experience
- At least 5-10 years experience running projects circa £10m+
- Accreditations:
Black Card CSCS - SMSTS
- First Aid
- Demo/Soft strip experience is essential
- Local to Eastleigh
- Laptop and phone to get started (we will look at options if candidate is successful)
