With a strong presence across the South of England, the team delivers high-quality residential, commercial, and public sector projects with an emphasis on collaborative working and long-term client relationships.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor who is eager to begin their professional journey, gain hands-on project experience, and work towards chartership in a supportive and structured environment. As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you'll work alongside experienced professionals, assist in key cost management duties, and develop your technical and client-facing skills.

The successful Graduate Quantity Surveyor will have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of exciting projects while receiving tailored APC support and training.
Graduate Quantity Surveyor - Key Responsibilities
- Assist with cost planning, estimating, and tender preparation
- Support the procurement process and evaluation of contractor bids
- Assist in contract administration under JCT and NEC forms
- Help with valuations, variations, and financial reporting
- Attend site visits and project meetings
- Work closely with senior surveyors and project managers across all stages of the project
Graduate Quantity Surveyor - Candidate Requirements
- A degree (or working towards) in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- Some placement or internship experience within a consultancy is desirable
- Strong communication and numerical skills
- Eagerness to learn and progress professionally
- Interest in working towards MRICS chartership
