We're looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Surveyor to join our team, playing a key role in maintaining and improving the homes and communities. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified professional with a strong background in social housing to make a real difference in the lives of our customers.

• Conduct property inspections.
• Manage projects and supervise contractors.
• Ensure customer wellbeing, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Handle customer queries and difficult conversations.

• Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and proactive mindset.
• Passion for delivering high-quality housing services.
