Maintenance Technician - Plumbing Service

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with strong plumbing skills to join
our service team. This role is primarily responsible for providing on-site plumbing repairs,
maintenance, and installation services to our customers. The ideal candidate is skilled in
troubleshooting plumbing issues, working independently in the field, and delivering professional,
high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing repairs and maintenance at customer locations, including fixing
leaks, replacing fixtures, clearing drains, and repairing water heaters.

• Install and replace plumbing systems and fixtures (sinks, faucets, toilets, piping, valves,
etc.).

• Diagnose plumbing problems quickly and present solutions and repair options to
customers.

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing systems.

• Respond to emergency service calls and provide efficient, professional solutions.

• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers, explaining work performed and
answering questions.

• Keep detailed records of work completed, parts used, and time spent on each job.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle.

• Follow all company safety policies and comply with plumbing codes and regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical/trade school a plus.

• Experience in plumbing service work (residential or commercial) is preferred but not
required - training available for the right candidate.

• Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to work independently in the field.

• Knowledge of local plumbing codes and best practices.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Plumbing license preferred but not required.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces when needed.
