**** As our Electrical Technician** – you will report to the Operations Manager.
** On a given day, you may:
*** Prioritize safety in all job functions for both self and team members.
* Accurately and promptly log work hours and tasks completed.
* Wire control panels with precision, ensuring neatness and adherence to professional standards.
* Read and utilize engineering documents, such as schematics and diagrams.
* Conduct quality checks, resolve problems, and perform re-work as necessary.
* Assist in training new team members and support other manufacturing areas as needed.
* Maintain organized project documentation and manage inventory effectively.
* Work with supervisors to manage panel schedules and inventory requirements.
* Engage in continuous process improvements and develop innovative solutions for increased efficiency.
* Conduct electro-mechanical assembly, including work on pneumatic and fluid systems.
* Ensure assemblies meet UL standards and utilize test equipment effectively.
* Perform component verification, drilling, tapping, and mounting as required.
* Conduct final testing with power and perform thorough quality checks.
* Collaborate with managers and the engineering team to ensure accurate assemblies and consistent documentation.
* Understand and adhere to electrical codes and safety regulations.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
** Requirements for the Role:
*** 2 year electrical degree or electrical certification experience.
* Minimum 2 year electrical experience building and wiring electrical panels.
* Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
* Knowledge of basic UL standards.
* Strong organizational and documentation skills.
* Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics.
