Your Role
- Serve as the primary contact for all maintenance-related inquiries.
- Quickly assess and resolve maintenance requests.
- Organize and oversee the scheduling of our technician team.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with our residents.
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude.
- The ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Field experience in maintenance with a desire to move into a leadership and organizational role.
