Grade 3 Skills Bootcamp

Dates: June 9, 10, 11, 15, 16, 17, 2026

Time: 8:30 am - 12:30 pm

Location: Longfellow Elementary

The Grade 3 Skills Bootcamp is for current 3rd grade students who are at risk in reading and/or have not passed the Ohio State English Language Arts test in the fall or the spring. The Reading Teacher will help prepare students for the summer administration of the Third Grade Reading OST test as well as provide instruction for remediation for other students as needed.

The number of teachers needed at each grade level will be dependent upon enrollment.

Orientation Date: June 8, 2026, 9:00 a.m.

- 10:30 a.m.

Test Dates: June 22-25 (Proctors needed)

• Appropriate licensure required

• Instruct students in grade 3
• Appropriate licensure required
• Preference given to teachers with third grade level and subject level experience
• Reading Endorsement desirable, but not required
• Incorporate technology as needed
• Develop lessons and activities independently or in collaboration with others
• Supervise students during arrival and dismissal

Hourly Rate: $24.00 / Hr
