Due to our continuous growth, we are looking for a permanent, full-time specialist cleaning technician to join our team based in East Kilbride.

This role is physically demanding and applicants must be comfortable working in noisy, smelly and hot environments as well as working at height and in confined spaces – full training and PPE is provided for all jobs.

Start and finish times vary, so the applicant must be able to work flexible hours including early mornings and night shifts. You may also be expected to work away from home on occasion for up to one week at a time – accommodation and subsistence pay is provided.

Applicants must pass a medical and be willing to apply for a Disclosure as some sites require security clearance. In return, we offer a rewarding position within a fast-growing company. • Undertaking a varied cleaning workload such as graffiti removal, flood response, waste clearance, confined space work and industrial cleaning.
• High level cleaning such as gutters, beam and structural cleaning using ladders, cherry pickers and scaffolding.
• Commercial kitchen cleaning.
• Ability to follow instructions to carry out tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Ability to follow health and safety procedures.
• Ability to complete paper and electronic documentation accurately.

• Cleaning experience is not required as full training will be provided.
• Experience with in a labour/trade/industrial environment is preferred.

• Applicant must be over 25 and hold a full, clean, UK driving license.
