Overview
Corus is hiring for a DBS Cleaner in East Kilbride, Glasgow.
Work Schedule8:30-10:30 AM (Mon-Fri)
Responsibilities- General Cleaning:
Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in designated areas like classrooms, offices, and communal halls. - Sanitation:
Deep cleaning and disinfecting high-traffic touchpoints such as door handles, handrails, and light switches. - Washroom Maintenance:
Cleaning and disinfecting toilets and sinks, and replenishing essential supplies like soap and paper towels. - Waste Management:
Emptying rubbish and recycling bins and disposing of waste at designated points. - Security & Safety:
Often acts as a key holder (locking/unlocking buildings) and must adhere strictly to COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) guidelines when handling chemicals.
- DBS Certificate.
- 1 year employment History Check.
