• Manage a cleaning team, including recruitment and development of staff, and maintain excellent service standards for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer.
• Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning. Ensure cleaning staff understand and work to task schedules while following Health & Safety procedures by providing technical training as required. Ensure cleaning work is compliant.
• Distribute uniforms, monitor standard of cleanliness and the use of materials, and order stocks as necessary.
• Deal with issues efficiently and professionally, referring to the line manager where appropriate.

• Previous supervisory and cleaning experience.
• Good communication skills; reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude; able to work to a schedule on own initiative.
