Location:

What You Will Do- Own IT tickets from start to resolution, providing clear communication and timely updates.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Windows, Mac, and mobile platforms.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including account management and provisioning.
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex issues while maintaining accountability.
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvements.
- Assist with projects, system upgrades, and maintenance tasks.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑first mindset.
- Minimum 12 months of experience in a Service Desk or Helpdesk environment.
- Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
- Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VPN) and familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure AD and Intune.
- Cybersecurity awareness, including MFA and phishing prevention.
- Desirable certifications: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified:
Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, ITIL Foundation v4.
