• Collaborate as a team to enrich residents’ lives, support colleagues, and enjoy the work
• Deliver personalised care according to individual care plans you prepare and monitor
• Communicate regularly with residents, families and staff verbally and in writing
• Provide comprehensive, systematic, accurate nursing assessments of physical, psychological and social needs
• Demonstrate kindness and support for residents, families and colleagues to achieve the best care outcomes

• Teamwork and a happy team culture
• Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council
• Experience in a clinical setting, with infection control, nutrition, moving and handling, wound care, phlebotomy and drug administration
• Strong communication and flexible approach
• Use of the Nursing Process to formulate initial diagnoses and manage care
• Genuine caring attitude towards older people, respecting their dignity
