• Offer expert nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, gels and acrylics
• Provide in-house professional training for piercing (training offered)

• Hold a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy or Nail Technology or an equivalent qualification
• Genuine desire to exceed customer expectations through exceptional service
• Confidence in engaging with customers, recommending treatments, and upselling products and services
• Passion for all things beauty and keeping up with latest trends and techniques
