We are currently recruiting for an experienced M&E Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join a well-established facilities team based at a static corporate office site in East Kilbride.

This is a Monday-Friday role offering excellent work-life balance, a stable environment, and long-term career prospects.

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a corporate office site
• Electrical maintenance as the primary discipline
• Supporting mechanical tasks where required (desirable but not essential)
• Working within a professional, client-facing environment
• Participation in a call-out rota after 6 months

• M&E Engineer with a strong electrical bias
• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
• 18th Edition qualification
• Additional skills such as plumbing / L8 (Legionella) highly desirable
• Experience in a commercial or corporate building environment preferred
• Reliable, professional, and proactive approach to work

• Salary: £38,000 per annum (with flexibility up to £42,000 for the right candidate)
• Monday to Friday only
• Flexible working hours:
  • 7:00-4:00
  • 8:00-5:00
  • 9:00-6:00
• No weekend work
• Call-out rota after 6 months
• Stable, static site - no travel between locations
