Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst - East Kilbride
Salary: £30,000 - £37,000 (experience dependent)

Role OverviewThey are now seeking a skilled Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to join their East Kilbride team. This dual-role position involves both site-based asbestos surveying and air monitoring duties across domestic, commercial and industrial sites, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and standards.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys (HSG
264 compliant) - Perform air monitoring, 4-stage clearances, leak testing, smoke testing and reassurance sampling
- Produce accurate, detailed survey and analytical reports
- Communicate professionally with clients, contractors and internal colleagues
- Ensure all work meets current legislation, HSE guidance and UKAS procedures
- Maintain high technical standards and contribute to ongoing team development
- BOHS P402, P403 and P404 (or equivalent qualifications)
- Proven experience in both asbestos surveying and analytical work within a UKAS-accredited organisation
- Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
