Our Sales Associates are responsible for the proper and efficient operation of the station during their shift, within company policy. They increase profitability, support growth, and ensure customers' needs are met at every step.

• Work a flexible schedule as needed.
• Communicate verbally and in writing with management on store operations and any changes that may affect the store.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Prepare a shift report at the end of each shift as per company guidelines.
• Be at least 18 years of age.

• Provide the best customer experience.
• Greet every customer with a smile and sincere greeting.
• Suggest possible purchases and promote specials.
• Take full responsibility for executing the customer service program at the site level.

• Minimize safety risks to employees, customers, and suppliers.
• Enforce environmental and hazardous material regulations.
• Maintain safety and security of the store; document any accidents or incidents.
• Manage the maintenance of the customer environment inside and around the perimeter of the store.
• Operate all assigned equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support implementation of the Safety and Health program.
• Report workplace accidents, injuries, incidents, or illnesses promptly.
• Complete the new employee safety orientation procedure.

• Read, understand, and write English at an eighth‑grade level.
• Perform arithmetic calculations at eighth‑grade level.
• Validate identification prior to selling tobacco or alcohol per regulations.
• Lift up to 30 pounds and safely carry beverage cases.
• Remain calm and respond according to policies and procedures in emergencies.
• Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
• Work in various temperature environments (coolers, outdoors, store).
• Perform general housekeeping duties as needed.
• Be at least 18 years of age.

• Maintain physical maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and attractiveness of all store facilities.
• Perform other related duties as required.
• Lift up to 50 pounds at times.
• Traverse and access all areas of the store.
• Work prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Work prolonged periods standing.
