Resident Care Aide

Lathrop Community is seeking experienced part-time wellness aides to join our capable and friendly team of employees who provide wellness services to our residents. Two positions are currently available, one with daytime hours 7am-3pm) and the other for evening shifts (4pm-10pm). Both positions include participating in the weekend and holiday rotation.

High school diploma or equivalent required. Must have current CNA or HHA certification as well as current CPR card. Prior experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant is preferred.

Lathrop Community is an independent living senior community. The wellness aides provide direct personal care, assistance with activities of daily living, and tasks which promote the resident’s ability to function at the highest level possible. The role shall respect each resident’s rights and recognize the individuality of each resident.

In addition to a competitive hourly compensation of $20.50, benefits for this position include enrollment in Lathrop’s 403(b) retirement plan and access to the Employee Assistance Program.

: 2 years as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
