Overview
Lathrop Community is seeking experienced part-time wellness aides to join our capable and friendly team of employees who provide wellness services to our residents. Two positions are currently available, one with daytime hours 7am-3pm and the other for evening shifts 4pm-10pm. Both positions include participating in the weekend and holiday rotation.
ResponsibilitiesThe wellness aides provide direct personal care, assistance with activities of daily living, and tasks which promote the resident’s ability to function at the highest level possible. The role shall respect each resident’s rights and recognize the individuality of each resident. In addition, the role includes participating in the weekend and holiday rotation.
QualificationsRequired
- High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred
- Certified Nursing Assistant
Licenses & Certifications
- Home Health Aide Cert
- Certified Nurse Assistant
Other
- Current CNA or HHA certification
- Current CPR card
- Competitive hourly compensation of $20.50
- Enrollment in Lathrop’s 403(b) retirement plan
