Hoist & Lift Service Technician

Our client is seeking an experienced Hoist and Stairlift Service Technician to join their growing and supportive team. This is a varied and rewarding role involving the service, maintenance, and support of mobility equipment installations across East and West Sussex. Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £28000-£30000

Working Hours:

40hrs/week

Location:

Eastbourne

• Servicing and supporting the installation of stairlifts and hoists
• Covering scheduled jobs across Sussex
• Participating in an on‑call emergency rota (with enhanced pay)
• Working both solo and with a service team

• Prior experience servicing and installing stairlifts
• Mechanical and electrical competence
• Maths or technical qualifications (NVQ/City & Guilds preferred)
• A practical mindset
• Willingness to train on new models and learn hoist systems
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to follow a varied daily schedule
• Full UK driving licence (clean)
