• Minimum 5 years trackable working history in the UK.
• Security experience essential.
• Valid SIA Licence.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, energy, and enthusiasm.

• Follow all policies and legal requirements.

• Proactively review and improve Assignment Instructions.
• Remain vigilant:
  Report hazards and stay alert.
• Handle challenging situations with calm professionalism.
• Contact emergency services when needed.
