Telesales Specialist – Logistics & Transport
InXpress Eastbourne | £28,000–£35,000 + Uncapped Commission

The Eastbourne franchise is now looking to recruit a driven Telesales Specialist to play a key role in accelerating client growth and building long-term customer relationships.
The Role
This is a proactive, phone-based sales role focused on generating new business opportunities and converting them into profitable, long-term accounts.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Making outbound calls to prospective businesses to introduce InXpress and our service portfolio
* Booking and managing a diary of virtual sales appointments
* Building, managing, and progressing a healthy sales pipeline
* Accurately maintaining notes and activity within the CRM system
* Researching and targeting new businesses to continuously top up your pipeline
* Following up with prospects professionally and persistently to drive conversions
What We’re Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you are:
* An experienced telesales or outbound sales professional
* Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working to clear targets
* Confident on the phone with an engaging and professional manner
* A strong listener who understands customer needs and follows through on commitments
* Comfortable using CRM systems and sales technology as part of your daily routine
Experience with in logistics or transport sales is advantageous but not essential — full training will be provided.
Performance Expectations
To be successful in this role, you’ll be working towards:
* 40 meaningful business conversations per day
* 2 new customer activations per week
* £1,000 new gross margin per month
