Marketing Manager- Maternity Cover

Overview

Our clients are looking for a hands-on, commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead their marketing team during a maternity cover period. This is a senior, fast-paced role working closely with the Managing Director and Design Director, shaping the strategy while also being deeply involved in delivery across campaigns, content and digital launches, events, PR and showroom display. Based at the Eastbourne head office with regular travel to London, this is a great opportunity to play a key role in a growing British brand with ambition in both the UK and USA.

• Lead a marketing team and shape strategy while managing delivery across campaigns, content, digital launches, events, PR and showroom display.
• Work closely with the Managing Director and Design Director to drive commercial success.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects and ensure timely execution in a fast-paced environment.

• Senior marketing management experience, with a track record leading a team and managing multiple projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Brand Management or related field.
• Proficiency in analytics and CRMs to monitor performance and inform decisions.
• Strong understanding of campaign management across digital, events, PR and print.
• Excellent organisational, planning and leadership skills; confident communicator with experience across creative and commercial teams.
• Experience with events, product launches, and showroom VM is highly desirable.
• Experience in the luxury, interiors, or design sector preferred.
• Motivational leadership style with the ability to inspire and guide a small team; proactive problem-solver who can work independently and present solutions.
• Flexible and willing to travel between Eastbourne and London.
• Contract length: 12 months;
  Marketing management experience: 3 years (required).
