Service Manager - Yeomans Honda Eastbourne
We’re looking for a Service Manager or experienced Service Advisor who’s ready to step up into a Service Manager role. This is a chance to lead a service department of your own—setting standards, motivating a team, and shaping the customer journey from first contact to vehicle handover.
You already know what great service looks like. You’ve handled the pressure of a busy front desk, built trust with customers, and kept the workshop flowing when things get challenging. Now, we’re offering the opportunity to turn that experience into leadership.

We are looking for a Service Manager with a wealth of experience, preferably within a main dealer environment, to join our busy team at Yeomans Honda Eastbourne, which is part of the multi award winning Yeomans Group.
Customer service is our primary focus, so we require a good communicator who can lead from the front and is able to manage and motivate the team.
Service Manager Requirements- The ability to lead by example plus manage and inspire the team to consistently exceed customer satisfaction and profitability objectives.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- A sound basic technical knowledge.
- Strong communication and organisational skills with high levels of self‑motivation.
- Bodyshop experience would be favourable, although not essential.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Lead the Service Team – overseeing the Service and Workshop teams.
- Ensure targets/KPIs and Brand Standards are not only met, but exceeded.
- Ensure the workshop is efficient and productivity rates are optimised.
- Set objectives to maximise profitability and performance of the Service Department.
- Develop service department plans and budgets to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
- Maintain financial and operational controls within the department.
- Understand and report on key KPIs in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure warranty procedures are followed correctly and monies are recovered promptly.
- Respond swiftly to any customer complaints and ensure timely resolutions.
