We are seeking a dynamic SMART (Body Shop) Manager to lead an Eastbourne repair centre. You'll oversee a skilled team, manage daily operations, and drive growth in both B2B and retail business. SMART repairs cover light damage work, including dents, scuffs, paint chips, and alloy refurbishment.

• Lead, develop, and motivate your team.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and quality.
• Drive business growth through retail upsell and B2B opportunities.
• Manage workflow, budgets, KPIs, and compliance.
• Implement process improvements and new technologies.

• Proven team leadership experience in automotive or related sectors.
• Strong commercial, organisational, and people management skills.
• Knowledge of bodyshop processes, accident repair, and insurance procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer service focus.
• Automotive qualifications are desirable but not essential.
