Operations Manager

Great opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join a well-established business. Reporting to the Managing Director, the role will plan, direct, lead and motivate transport, warehouse, purchasing and operations people and systems to improve productivity, efficiency, service and safety. Developing the operations to support the business strategy and objectives and maintaining the fabric and equipment of the site, including buildings and vehicles.

The successful applicant will have proven experience working within a similar role managing a warehouse and transport function. Experience of WMS and ERP systems is ideal, along with strong skills in Microsoft Office, leadership, management, communication, project management and excellent customer service.
