A long-established and highly regarded law firm based in Eastbourne, East Sussex, is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE to join its expanding personal injury team.

You will be managing your own mixed personal injury caseload, including RTA claims and a selection of clinical negligence cases, such as misdiagnosis and failure to treat. You will be joining a supportive and experienced team, working alongside a senior partner recognised as one of the leading personal injury solicitors in the South East.
The firm has been achieving successful outcomes for its clients for decades and continues to offer a modern, forward-thinking approach within a traditional, client-focused practice.

The ideal candidate will have:

• You must be a qualified Personal Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in personal injury law
• Strong technical and organisational skills
• Experience or an interest in handling clinical negligence matters
• Excellent IT skills and a good understanding of compliance
• A proactive, modern approach to legal practice
