This role isn’t about rushing in and out or ticking boxes. It’s about bringing life back into people’s homes.

You’ll support adults (18+) in their own homes to live independently and confidently. This may include:

• Personal care delivered with dignity and kindness
• Companionship — meaningful conversation, shared activities, being present
• Supporting mobility and gentle activity (walks, chair exercises, gardening)
• Helping clients get out into the community — coffee, classes, appointments
• Encouraging routines, confidence, and social connection
• Light household support to help people feel comfortable and settled

Every visit is shaped around one simple question: “What do you want to do more of?”

You don’t need to be “perfect” — you need to be kind, reliable, and human.

We’d love to hear from you if you are:
